What the hell is Integrity?

I went to a course named "Kursus Pasti Lulus"

It takes almost two weeks to complete it. And that's the reason why I did not post anything for the past three weeks. But the truth is... I failed to manage my time. ahhh~

During the course, the most interesting topic that attract my attention is "INTEGRITY". From my understanding, integrity is...

-Doing what is right even when it is difficult-

A lot of people who has the power, doesn't have this kind of moral value. Almost all of my colleague who work at sports company, agreed with that statement. Most of my colleague have to organize a sports event and every time they get the sponsorship money, the top management or their big boss will take advantage by asking some of it. And when they are choosing for contractor to hand on the tender of sports facilities project, the amount of money will determine the decision. THIS IS JUST NOT RIGHT!

We know it is wrong but do we have the courage to stop all of this thing? who are we?

We are just a small tiny officer who only accept things without the right to complaint about it. Because we too, think about our own income and the increment of salary, to make sure that our future is secure which is the  evaluation by the boss for promotion purpose, and the most important thing is to not being fired by the evil boss. And that's what most of the people do nowadays.

About the integrity, we know it but do we have it? you know the answer my friends...

Long Time No See

I am busy because of my final year... you know how final year is right...?

this car is sooooo cool!

The first time i saw this car, my impression is "wow, its one in a million!"

maybe you think that i am a 'jakun' person. i don't care! its my first time.

the best thing about the car is, it is rare in malaysia. It can be called an antique car. the engine is very smooth, the air cond still cold. the space inside are so big. It is very comfortable if you want to sleep inside for a few minutes.

the roof can be open and that's make me want to fart. hahahaa... and the music 21 guns is good to be listen in any car including this saab. (^_^)

Run Once A Year, Eat All The Year

After you eat Big Mac, run to burn the calories. When you finish run, drink the coca-cola to replace the fluid and electrolytes lost while running. In order to get back your energy to walk home, finish the remaining french fries...

It is easy to stay healthy right?

I like to eat McDonald, so far GCB is the best for me after Double cheese burger. Usually, I will finish the french fries first because its only taste good when it is still hot. and the last is soft drink rally. whoever finish first is the winner. my tears flow out after I finish the drink. I don't know why, but it is fun to do it sometimes.

okay, it is good for organizing such an event, I think maybe McDonalds has now concern about their customers health. keep up the good work! Congratulations! Run once a year, eat all the year.

I came this morning at Dataran Merdeka where the McDonalds Olympic Run was held to meet my subject for my research. they are from runners club UiTM. Guys, give me a good cooperation okay... I treat you Power Bar ma.... hahaha...

actually no matter how much you eat, but to maintain the health, you need to balance the food intake and the amount of exercise. keep on exercising you lazy heavy butt... LOL

UPSR

Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah.

UPSR is just over, MERDEKA!!!

That was shouted by my ex-students. They are so happy and start to talk about their 'Primary Day Trip' and the 'Primary Games Carnival' to celebrate the finishing primary school. Unfortunately, I'm no longer working at the school. Poor me.

I just want to tease them, and I say "after this, prepare for secondary. No time to enjoy ok. Go read form 1 text book now".

"jangan macam tu la cikgu, mana ada hati nak baca buku lepas exam, dah la, got to go, bye2"

Hahaha... before the examination day, they ask me how was my UPSR. And I said 5As. I can't lose to my students. I purposely said like that to motivate them.
